I grew up in Sacramento, California with my parents and six other siblings. After high school, I moved to Salt Lake City to attend Medical Assistant School at LDS Business College. I started at the University of Utah Cardiology Clinic in February 2018.
I love to create art such as painting and doing sketches. Here are a couple of art pieces I have created. I enjoy camping and I am looking forward to doing some camping in the mountains now that I live in Utah. When living in California I only experienced camping on the beach.
Something that few people know about me: I love to do service projects for those in need. Growing up in California I was often helping my mother cook two dinners, one for our family and one for a family in need. Living in Salt Lake I volunteer to help deliver food to those in need and I also help at the food kitchens for the homeless. I went on an LDS Mission to Guatemala, where I was able to help the community building homes.
My Nickname: While in college the three girls next door called each other Pumpkin, Deer and Sugar. My roommates and I decided as a joke to start calling each other Squash, Moose and Skittle. I was Squash.
