Waldo and the Cat!
It was a VERY close contest this time around. A black cat received ten votes and someone who people usually have a hard time finding received eleven (Save your cries for a recount for some other election).
The winner of the 2012 Halloween Costume Contest gets to pick between two prizes. The prizes are a $10 Darden gift certificate and a New UOC mug with a gift card to our Lewis Cafe.
