And the "Employee of the Year" is. . .

The Leadership Team at the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center is happy to announce the EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR Award. The gracious donation by Nick and Penny Rose has allowed us to be able to award  $1000 and a beautiful engraved crystal tower to TAMMIE BLANKENSHIP. She will also enjoy underground parking during the hot summer months!

Tammie is an Outpatient Service Specialist that has taken on the Concierge position at the main entrance to Clinics on the second floor. A co-worker has said that Tammie may not give medical but she gives emotional care to our patients. She is often seen in the parking lot helping patients and is the first person our patients are greeted by with her kindness and positive helpful attitude.
