2012 Wanted: Bone Award Nominations!!!
We
will once again have the UOC employees voting on the top nominations for the Bone Award. We will continue to
have the added twist of NOT including the name of the nominee only the good deed or
action.
Please
take time to think about things you have seen that are a true EXCEPTIONAL
PATIENT EXPERIENCE.

presented on MARCH 29, 2012

for nominations is March 21st at 12:00 noon.
The University of Utah Orthopaedic management team wants to know about and recognize staff members who exemplify the quality of care that keeps bringing patients to our doorstep. We have an open door policy all year round for nominating fellow staff members for the Bone Award and we would like to encourage you to request a "Bone Award Nomination" card from your manager, from Lizzy on the third floor or from Scott on the second floor (or click here and print out your own)
