Plan for injuries and illness

during an Emergency!

WHO: For You and Your Family's Emergency Kit.

WHAT: Keep an eye out for any type of Medical supplies such as first aid kits, basic medications like aloe vera or aspirin (remember to check expirations), and tools for splinting or caring for an injured limb.

WHERE: Amazon, Costco, Sporting Goods Store

WHEN: Now! Or tomorrow or next time you are at the store or ordering online.

WHY: After a disaster the Emergency Room will likely be full of complex patients. Having basic supplies to care for minor injuries such as gauze, an antibiotic spray, Band Aids or adhesive will make it easier to care for your needs till you are able to safely visit an appropriate clinic or E.R. 

Don’t make the boo boo of not having what you need for a boo boo. Also, keep an eye out for aspirin or other medications that you may need in an emergency.
