WHEN: Now! Or tomorrow or next time you are at the store or ordering online.

WHY: There is nothing like a hot bath or curling up next to a fire when you get home from a cold rainy day. Imagine not having basic outer ware and protection from the elements when recovering from an emergency. Think about protecting the parts of your body that you use most or are most important.
